CK Support Solutions LLC – Standard Plan Service Agreement

Plan Price: $20 per month
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between CK Support Solutions LLC (“Provider”) and the subscribing client (“Client”).
1. Services Included (Standard Plan)
The Standard Plan provides residential, personal-use tech support during Provider’s posted business hours and typically includes:
Scam Prevention & Security Checks – phishing review, password practices, account hardening, and basic anti-malware checks.
Remote Support – up to 60 minutes per month by phone, video, or secure screen sharing.
In-Home Support – up to one visit per month, up to 60 minutes within Provider’s local service area (Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Locust Grove).
Device Setup & Tune-Ups – light setup, updates, and performance checks for common devices within allotted time.
Home Wi-Fi Troubleshooting – basic optimization for a single-router home network.
Member Pricing – discounted rates for work beyond plan limits.
Not included: parts, hardware repair, third-party software/licenses, advanced wiring, ISP-side issues, data recovery, or projects exceeding plan time limits (available at member rates).
2. Fair Use
Support is intended for reasonable personal use. Excessive or abusive use (e.g., multiple hours per day, repeated non-urgent issues) may be limited, rescheduled, or billed separately at Provider’s discretion.
3. Limitations of Service
Provider will use reasonable efforts but does not guarantee resolution of every issue. Some problems are not repairable due to hardware failure, software defects, vendor/manufacturer limitations, or third-party policies.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Provide timely access to devices, passwords, and a safe work environment.
Maintain a valid payment method on file.
Back up important data prior to service unless requesting backup assistance.
Ensure all software used is properly licensed.
Client acknowledges Provider is not responsible for pre-existing defects, client negligence, or third-party outages (ISP, cloud services, utilities).
5. Payment Terms
Billed monthly in advance via automatic payment.
If payment fails, services are suspended until the account is current.
Accounts more than 15 days past due may be terminated.
Fees are non-refundable once billed, except as required by law.
6. Cancellations & Renewals
Month-to-month; renews automatically. Client may cancel with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
7. Confidentiality
Client information and data are treated as confidential and accessed solely to deliver services, except as required by law.
8. Termination
Provider may decline or discontinue service immediately for unsafe equipment, illegal content/activity, abusive behavior, non-payment, or misuse of the plan.
9. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
Cap on liability: Provider’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by Client under this Agreement in the preceding one (1) month.
No liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (including data loss or business interruption).
Services are provided “as is” with no express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Force Majeure
Provider is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, utility or internet outages, labor disputes, supplier failures, governmental actions).
11. Amendments; Entire Agreement
Provider may update this Agreement with notice (email and/or posting on Provider’s website). Updates become effective on the next renewal. If Client objects, Client may cancel under Section 6. This Agreement is the entire agreement for the Standard Plan and supersedes prior statements on this subject.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
By subscribing to the Standard Plan, Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
